Our strategy rests on the following:
- Expertise and experience of local and regionally based team to support the activities required by the building blocks of health systems strengthening
- Requisite knowledge to meet the identified needs of the countries in the region as per the identified priority areas in the official documents such as the SADC Pharmaceutical Business Plan 2015 – 2019
- Alignment of activities to the SDGs Goal 3: Good Health and Well Being – Ensure healthy lives and promote well being for all ages
- Ability to collaborate and team up with synergistic partners with common and aligned interests
- Resource mobilisation to support implementation of the activities for health systems strengthening
- Established networks with key personnel in health sectors
